01ABOUT THE PROJECT

Less rework.
More room to create.

K-Flow Lab is an independent, founder-led project based in South Korea. K-Flow Content Desk brings its focus to a specific challenge: preparing Korean-language content for more than one channel.

A creator with a set of notes still has to find the key points, shape a video outline, write a blog draft, and adapt the message for social posts. The aim is to reuse the source thoughtfully, reducing repeated organization while keeping editorial decisions with the creator.

02DESIGN PRIORITIES

K-Flow Content Desk

For Korean creators, small businesses, and solo operators who regularly work across channels. The design centers on three priorities: source context, a repeatable process, and useful drafts for each format.

01 /

Korean-language
understanding

Keep the source meaning, Korean phrasing, and intended audience in view when organizing material for a draft.

CONTENT · CONTEXT · CLARITY
02 /

Repeatable content
workflows

Bring recurring extraction, structuring, and review tasks into one clear sequence, so each new draft has a consistent starting point.

LESS REPETITION · MORE FOCUS
03 /

Multi-channel
draft preparation

Use a shared source brief to guide video outlines, blog drafts, and social post drafts, with a consistent voice across formats.

ONE IDEA · MULTIPLE FORMATS

WORKFLOW DESIGN

One source, four considered steps.

In this design, one source brief would move through four steps, keeping the original context available for review before a draft is approved.

  1. STEP 01

    Source input

Notes · Documents · Content ideas · Source briefs

Start with the material and context the creator already has.

  2. STEP 02

    Claude-assisted processing

    Summarize · Extract · Structure · Draft

Summarize and structure Korean source material as the basis for drafting.

  3. STEP 03

    Human review

Accuracy · Tone · Context · Final approval

Review the draft against the source and its purpose before approving it.

  4. STEP 04

    Content outputs

Video outlines · Blog drafts · Social post drafts

Video outlines, blog drafts, and social posts ready for editorial decisions.

03PRODUCT DIRECTION

A focused scope.
A thoughtful workflow.

The priority is a compact source-to-draft workflow with clear review points. Any future implementation would begin with evaluating Claude on Korean source material, followed by a small prototype only if the results justify it.
